Being one of the largest regionally based New Zealand design practices makes us unique in the architectural landscape here. Our people give our practice structure it's form and strength and our team's unique nimble ability has allowed us to grow in various sectors.
With that, we have also grown our team recently welcoming three new architectural graduates; David Walsh – who has worked in both Sydney and Canada before relocating to New Plymouth and joining us here at BOON. Chelsea Walsh arrived as a fresh graduate from Te Herenga Waka, Victoria University of Wellington Masters program, and George Tamati, who came to us as an intern in November 2020 and has stayed on in a part-time capacity – gaining real-world architecture experience while completing his masters’ study this year.
