Following the success of TSB’s flagship branch, TSB have developed the lower level of the TSB Customer Engagement center on Courtenay Street creating an environment to enhance the customer lending experience.
The base build of this glass clad commercial building was completed in 2018 and is focused on the customer with the upper level housing the organizations technical and customer support center.
The interior design of the ground floor lending hub supports TSB’s brand vison and aligns with the recent fit out of the Christchurch flagship branch as a warm and inviting customer environment. Some of the spatial design features include a large flexible open area for events and presentations, back of house office space for staff and bookable meeting rooms for private lending conversations. The space has been thoughtfully divided through the positioning of meeting rooms to create a mix of public and private areas, which offer flexibility for both customers and employees. A suspended ceiling in the entry and private meeting room areas has added warmth of timber ceiling finishes while acoustic wall treatments play an important role in creating privacy and texture in the environment. The space also has an important role to play in brand experience, with fabric and colours selections, lighting and graphic manifestations applied to glass all adding to the interior design success.
