The Village Mews

The project is a complex mixed-use development on a greenfield site in Oakura, it consists of six three-story townhouses situated to the south of the site, and two two-story commercial buildings on the street frontage of the village. The commercial development offers modern new amenities for the commercial demand and growing population of Ōākura. BOON worked closely with our ambitious client’s and preferred construction partner to deliver the project. As lead design consultant, we led a multidisciplinary team of subconsultants to see our clients vision come to fruition. BOON landscape designed landscape architecture for this project including soft and hard landscape elements, access and entry, pedestrian and vehicle circulation, and planting schedules.
