This coastal property is truly unique.
The slightly angled arrival façade and elongated roof form fall together to provide privacy. This also gives the house a warm, natural contemporary look and feel. To the south the house is heavily clad and protected. The south however boasts a large, floor to ceiling glaze which generously allows in light through a slatted eave.
The unorthodox floor plan creates an open plan home with visual connections throughout whilst having the flexibility to be closed off into separated spaces when required. By eliminating the traditional ‘hallway’ every space can be occupied.
