The interior fit out honours and enhances the home's former glamour while maintaining harmony with the spaces of the house that were not refurbished.
The adjoining pool house pavilion was also rejuvenated. This features a timber clad space as well as a living vertical garden feature wall.
Careful consideration was given to how the design of the interior joinery and overall colour palette could revive and maintain the integrity of the house. Completed in a palette of warm timber finishes accented with neutral but elegant hints of cream and white via bench-tops and wall coverings, the interiors seamlessly effuse a sense easy living.
The small but dramatic renovation has successfully converted and streamlined spaces into open plan area to take in its expansive views.
